How it works

We learn your player. The data finds the fit.

This is the most reliable way to know where your player truly belongs — because it isn't a hunch or a sales pitch. We learn everything we can about them, then measure that against every program in the country on real roster and admissions data. The fit is a number you can see, and the reason behind every point of it.

First, we get to know your player

Everything starts with real data about them.

Before a single school is ranked, we build a complete picture — how they play, how they talk, and how they do in the classroom. No guesswork enters the model that these four inputs didn't put there.

  • The intake

    20 questions

Position, grad year, level and goals — answered once. Everything downstream is scored against this, so the list is about your player.

  • The voice recording

    voice profile

Your player talks for one minute. We learn their tone and phrases into a voice profile, so every coach email later sounds like them — not a template.

  • The academic record

    GPA · tests · major

GPA, test scores and intended major — the real inputs behind an honest Academic Fit against each school's admitted range.

  • The playing profile

    height · position

Height, build, position and current level, read against who each program actually recruits — the base of the Athletic Fit.

Then we score the fit

Two honest scores, not one blended guess.

Every school gets an Athletic Fit and an Academic Fit — scored separately, shown separately, never quietly averaged into one number that hides which half is weak. You decide how much each one matters with a slider. Every factor is measured from real roster and admissions data, and shows exactly how much it moved the score.

Shown, but never scored: Program Trajectory and Pro Pathway (MLS SuperDraft / NWSL / USL). They're genuinely interesting and we put them on every school page — but they don't predict whether you fit, so they never touch your score.

Then we run it

Now you have a Fit Score. We put you on your track.

From here it's one clear sequence — and which one depends on where your player is. Still climbing to the club that gets them seen? That's the Youth Track. Ready to be recruited by colleges? That's the College Track. Pick yours to see everything we do next.
