Cancellation, data, the basics

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel in one click from your account and you won't be billed again. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. Downgrading re-locks the paid analytics, but your profile, list and coach conversations stay — resubscribe and it's all there. You can request full deletion any time.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The free plan needs only an email. You only enter payment when you choose to upgrade.

Is the annual plan really cheaper?

Yes — about $17/month instead of $20, 2 months free vs monthly. It is billed annually at $200, in one payment.

Do you email coaches for us?

No — and that is deliberate. We name the coach, draft the message off that program's own roster, and hand it to you. It leaves from your address, in your player's words, because a coach can tell the difference and it is the difference that gets read.
