Cancellation, data, the basics
Is there anything to cancel?
The Recruiting Season Pass has nothing to cancel and never renews: one payment of $99 covers 12 months, and when it ends your account simply goes back to Free unless you choose to buy another season. Monthly cancels anytime in one click from your account; you keep access through the month you already paid for.
What do we keep if we stop paying?
The schools you activated stay open after Pro ends: research, coach addresses, drafts and tracker. Nothing is deleted. Activating new schools and the other coach addresses go back to Free. Unused activations are kept. While you're on Free they wait for you, and they are back the day you return to Pro.
What if it isn't right for us?
Ask within 14 days of buying the Recruiting Season Pass and you get a full refund — just email us at ricky.ybarra@getstartlineapps.com. After 14 days the pass is non-refundable. On monthly, cancel and you won't be billed again.
Season Pass or monthly?
The pass is $99 for the whole recruiting season (12 months), paid once; twelve months of the monthly plan would be $240. Monthly is $20/month, for a family that only needs a month or two.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan needs only an email. You only enter payment when you choose to upgrade.
