Cancellation, data, the basics
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in one click from your account and you won't be billed again. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your profile, your school list, and your coach conversations stay in your account. Downgrading to free re-locks the paid analytics, but nothing is deleted — resubscribe and it's all there. You can also request full deletion at any time.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan needs only an email. You only enter payment when you choose to upgrade.
Is the annual plan really cheaper?
Yes — $200/year works out to about $17/month, 2 months free vs monthly.
