It ends after 12 months by itself. It does not renew and it does not charge. Your account goes back to Free, and nothing is deleted.
Feedback is voluntary. No testimonial is required, and nothing you say is quoted without a parent's written OK.
One spot per account, for the first 10 families. A spot is taken when a signed-in account with a confirmed email, whose player's questions are finished, claims it on this page.
We can close the pilot to new families at any time. If you already hold a spot, you keep your pass.

Is it really free?
Yes. The pilot gives you the Recruiting Season Pass free for 12 months. We never ask for a card, so nothing can be charged, now or when it ends.
What happens when the pilot pass ends?
Your account goes back to the Free plan after 12 months. Your list, the schools you follow and your tracker all stay. If you want another season, the Recruiting Season Pass is $99 for 12 months, paid once, and it is your choice.
Who can claim a spot?
A family: a player, or a parent with their player. You need a free Startline account with a confirmed email, and your player's questions finished. One spot per account, and there are 10 in total.
What do you want from us?
Use it for real, then tell us honestly what was confusing or missing: a short form after about two weeks, and a 15-minute call with the founder if you'd like one. Both are optional, and nothing you say is quoted without a parent's written OK.
Does Startline email coaches for us?
No. Startline does the research and writes a draft for each school you activate. You read it, edit it and send it from your own inbox.
What if the spots are gone?
The Free plan stays free: your 15 best-fit schools, and 1 school to activate with its research, email draft and follow-up plan. You can also get the newsletter, and the Recruiting Season Pass is there if you want everything.
